Our first project as 3rd year architecture students in 2014

The project location is Melville Koppies West in Johannesburg.

Concept: Reflection
The city is reflected in to the Melville Koppies. steel and brick are used to represent the city in the narural environment. 
The plan is layed out in a circle to represent the 'complete journey' from the city in a natural state( the past) to its current state (the present).

Abstactions

All of the following pictures are abstractions of an industrial building located in Wynberg Johannesburg, just off Louis Botha ave. The project theme is HISTORY AND MEANING
